Any item can be returned within 14 days, no questions asked, if it is unused.
Warranty
- Welders carry the manufacturer warranty against factory defects.
- Replacement or repair after inspection usually takes 3–7 days.
- Staples, rods and mesh are consumables: we guarantee the material quality.

Returns in four steps
- Send us your order number on Telegram and tell us what did not fit.
- We will send the return address.
- We inspect the item within 1–2 days of receiving it.
- We refund to your card or replace the item.
