1. Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is the PayPayPlast online shop (Kyiv, Ukraine). Questions about your data: info@paypayplast.com or Telegram @PayPayPlast_manager.

2. What we collect

• For an order: first and last name, phone number, optionally email, city and carrier branch, and any note you add to the order.
• For enquiries: name, contact (phone, Telegram or email) and the text of your question from the contact form.
• For an account: email, an encrypted password, order history and saved delivery addresses.
• Automatically: technical visit data — IP address, device and browser type, pages you viewed, cart and wishlist contents.

We do not collect card details: online payment happens on the payment provider’s side, and with cash on delivery the money is taken by the carrier.

3. Why

• To place, pack and deliver your order and issue the paperwork.
• To answer enquiries and advise which item fits your job.
• To meet legal requirements on sales and returns records.
• To improve the site: to see which pages help and where people get lost.

We send newsletters only to people who subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time — via the link in the email or by messaging us.

4. Who we share it with

• Carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, Rozetka Delivery) — name, phone and delivery address, so the parcel can be sent.
• The payment provider — the amount and order number when you choose to pay online.
• The hosting provider that physically stores the site and its database.
• Public authorities — only on a lawful request.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for third-party marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting rules and the possibility of a warranty claim require — at least three years. Enquiries from forms are kept for up to a year. Account data is kept while the account exists: you can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies so that the cart, wishlist, language choice and account login work. Technical cookies are essential — the shop does not work without them. Analytics cookies help us see anonymised visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but then some features will stop working.

7. Your rights

• Find out exactly what data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Have data deleted if there is no lawful basis to keep it.
• Withdraw consent to processing and opt out of newsletters.
• Complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise a right, write to info@paypayplast.com — we reply within thirty days.

8. Security

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to the order database is limited to staff who need it for their work. Passwords are stored as hashes and are not readable even by us.

9. Changes

If the policy changes, we will update this page and the revision date at the top. Significant changes are also announced on the home page.
