05 / How it works
Four steps to a whole part
Clean it up
Degrease, strip the paint behind the crack, pull the edges together.
Set the staples
Two to three seconds of heat and the staple sinks in. Space them 10–15 mm apart and trim the tails.
Reinforce
On the visible side use a rod of the same plastic; add mesh where the part takes load.
Sand it back
P120 to P320, primer, paint. The seam ends up stronger than the plastic around it.

Questions people ask before their first order
Will the seam take load?
Yes. A stainless staple sinks 1–1.5 mm into the plastic and acts as reinforcement, while a rod or mesh on the visible side restores the material. A properly made seam does not crack again.
Which staples fit my welder?
All our staples fit every PayPayPlast welder and most other brands whose contacts take flat staples.
Do I need rods if I have staples?
Staples hold mechanically. A rod of the same plastic on the visible side closes the crack and seals it — essential for tanks and canisters.
How many staples does a 10 cm crack take?
About 8–10 staples at a 10–15 mm spacing, up to 13 on a curved crack. A 100-piece pack covers 8–10 such repairs.
When do you ship and how long does it take?
Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day ship the same day. Nova Poshta takes 1–2 days, Meest and Rozetka Delivery 2–3 days, Ukrposhta 2–5 days.
Can I return it if it does not fit?
14 days to return, provided the item is unused. Consumables must be in a sealed pack.
