1. General terms

This document is an official public offer by the PayPayPlast online shop to enter into a contract of sale on the terms set out below. It is addressed to any person with legal capacity who places an order on the site.

Placing an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, please do not place an order.

2. The seller

3. Goods and prices

The seller sells consumables and tools for plastic welding, plus related car accessories. Descriptions, specifications and photos on a product page are for reference; slight differences in shade and packaging are possible and do not affect the properties of the item.

Prices are shown in hryvnia and are not a fixed-price commitment for the future: the price may change until the order is confirmed. Once an order is confirmed, its price does not change.

4. Orders

• An order can be placed on the site, on Telegram or by phone.
• After you place it, a manager confirms availability, the total and the delivery method. If you ticked “no confirmation call”, the confirmation comes as a message.
• The seller may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or the buyer provided incomplete or incorrect details. We always notify you and refund any money paid in full.

5. Payment

• Cash on delivery at the carrier branch. The carrier charges its own transfer fee.
• Bank transfer for companies and sole traders — we send the invoice and documents by email or on Telegram.
• Card payment online — once the payment provider is connected; the checkout page always shows the methods available at that moment.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Ukraine with Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest and Rozetka Delivery. Pickup in Kyiv is also available by arrangement.

Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery time is set by the carrier; the seller is not responsible for carrier delays but helps to trace a parcel.

Delivery is paid by the buyer at the carrier’s rates unless a promotion states otherwise.

7. Returns and exchange

• An item of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and its appearance, packaging and completeness are intact (Article 9 of the Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
• Consumables (staples, rods, mesh) are accepted back in an unopened pack.
• A faulty item is replaced or refunded after inspection. Return shipping for a faulty item is covered by the seller.
• Refunds are issued by the same method the payment was made, within seven banking days of receiving the item back.
• To arrange a return, message us on Telegram or write to sales@paypayplast.com quoting your order number.

8. Warranty

Tools (hot staplers, welding irons) carry a 12-month warranty provided the operating rules are followed. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, overheating, self-repair or use for a purpose other than intended. Consumables are not covered by warranty service, but we replace items with a manufacturing defect.

9. Liability

The seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the goods. Work with heated tools in a ventilated room, wearing gloves and eye protection.

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure, including hostilities, power cuts and decisions of public authorities.

10. Personal data

By placing an order the buyer consents to the processing of personal data to the extent needed to fulfil the order. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

The seller may change these terms; the version published on this page is the one in force. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing that, under the law of Ukraine.
