PayPayPlast on your phone: install the shop as an app

You can put the shop on your phone just like an ordinary app: an icon on the home screen, a full-screen window, no address bar and no other tabs. There is nothing to download from Play Market or the App Store — the browser does all of it in about ten seconds.

What you get

• The shop opens from its icon in a second, instead of a hunt through browser tabs.
• Pages you have already opened keep working without a connection — handy in the garage, at the workshop or on the road.
• Your cart and delivery address stay where you left them between visits.
• It takes under a megabyte and asks for no access to your contacts, camera or anything else.

Android: the Chrome browser

1. Open the shop home page and find the “PayPayPlast on your phone” block.
2. Tap the “Install the app” button.
3. Chrome shows its own dialog with the name and the icon — confirm with “Install”.
4. The icon lands on the home screen next to your other apps.

If the system dialog does not appear, open the Chrome menu — the three dots in the top right corner — and choose “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.

iPhone and iPad: the Safari browser

1. Open the site in Safari — Chrome on iPhone cannot do this.
2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll the list and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
4. Tap “Add” in the top right corner.

What works without a connection

Your phone remembers the pages you have already opened: the catalogue, product pages, guides. If the connection drops they keep working, and instead of new pages you get a tidy “No connection” screen with a “Try again” button and our phone number.

The cart, the checkout and your account are deliberately never served from the phone’s memory. That is money and personal data — we always fetch it fresh from the server so you never see yesterday’s price or a stale stock figure.

Updates and storage

The app is the same site, so it updates itself: a new catalogue and new prices appear at once, with no trip to an app store. It takes about as much room as an ordinary browser tab — under a megabyte.

How to remove it

On Android press and hold the icon and choose “Uninstall”, exactly as with any app. On iPhone press and hold the icon and tap “Delete Bookmark”. Your orders and history stay in your account on the site — nothing is lost.

Common questions

Is it safe?

Yes. The app gets no permissions at all — no contacts, no camera, no files. It is a browser window with its own icon, and everything runs over a secure connection.

Will it work on an older phone?

On Android from Chrome 70 onwards, which covers almost everything released after 2018. On iPhone from iOS 12. If the install dialog never appears, the site still works exactly as before.

What if I use a different browser?

Opera, Samsung Internet and Edge on Android do the same thing — there the button is called “Add to Home screen”. On iPhone you need Safari.
